I love this little coffee shop! The best thing about it is the lady that works the counter. She is super sweet and positive and genuinely inviting to all customers. Coffee and food pretty good too. I got a breakfast sandwich and an iced latte and I was satisfied with each. Will definitely come back!

New coffee bar in the area. Nice deco, with indoor and outdoor seating. Very comfortable and clean. Coffee is good, price is ok for the area. Food and pastries choices are limited but looks good. 11/29/20 - The outdoor seating is packed front and back. Service is still excellent as they will bring the food to you. The coffee is good, gluten free muffin is moist and the cream cheese portion is very generous on a bagel. 8/2022 Finally open on Sunday, the bagel with cream cheese is less generous, but with inflation, is understandable. Dog friendly and free big biscuit for the dog.

As someone that has traveled for 10 years eating bagels all over the world, the bagels/custom avocado toast here that Allin makes (if you give him the liberty to make you a “chef special”) are absolutely amazing! Management needs to let him have a daily special on days he’s here, I’d pay twice the price for an amazing, unique bagel creation like these. Always a little different, always unique, and so much more exciting then a regular toasted bagel with cream cheese (which is still good but not THIS good.) Ask for the Allin Chef Special bagel and let him whip you something up and see what happens. If you love bagels you won’t regret it!

This quaint little coffee house is one of GulfPort's hidden treasures. Quiet, relaxing and decorated with all of its seaside charm, it holds the yummiest sandwich and coffees. From their Lox bagels to their fresh cranberry chicken salad sandwich. Today I was overwhelmed by the delicious taste of the Avacado Toast. Absolutely the best if every had! If your just in the mood for specialty coffee, you've also come to the right place. "Gulf Perk Coffee Bar" specializes in producing the most delicious coffee. Drip coffee, Lattes, specialities and espressos are on the menu. And don't forget to ask for their varieties of milk. Soy, almond and oat milk are a great add-in to your morning wake up drink. So if your in town or just passing by, take some time to stop by and sit a while. Bring a board game with your friends and enjoy this cozy little cafe. Michelle, the owner, would love to serve you. The coffee was great! So if you’re looking for a cup of coffee, this place is perfect. However they have fresh juice and amazing breakfast options. They also have tons of indoor and outdoor seating. I loved the outdoor options as the patio was super cute. I was in town for four days and went here three out of the four days because it was so good. Oh and very friendly staff!

I recently visited this charming local coffee shop and was blown away by their incredible avocado toast. The toast was perfectly crispy and topped with the most delicious, creamy avocado spread. It was absolutely delightful! Not only was the food and coffee amazing, but their warm hospitality made the whole experience even better. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more of their delicious food/coffee and great company.

Let me tell you about this avocado toast. Amazing. Very tasty and delightfully fresh. It’s salty, sweet (tomatoes), sour (rye toast), creamy, and crispy. The chai latte was okay, but we want a little stronger. Don’t be afraid to bring that spice. In all honesty, I’d probably say it was “weak.” Staff seemed a little over worked and frazzled but they were cheerful and attentive all the same. Inside is hip and well decorated with beautiful wall art paintings. Nice outdoor seating out front and in the back. Would recommend checking out. My biggest disappointment was they don’t do pour over on weekends because it “takes too long.” But that’s probably because they’re understaffed and very popular. No worries. Will be back to try it on a weekday.

I've been here for coffee several times and no matter what kind I got it was delicious. They have a great variety of hot and cold coffees as well as other beverages. But today I wanted some food and I got their lox Bagel sandwich and I can say for sure it was the best tasting one I've had ever! They also have to die for cookies. They make their baked goods in house and they definitely know what they're doing. They also have super comfortable seating area inside and plenty of tables and chairs outside with shade. If you're in town it's definitely a stop you should make.
